If you’re planning to hop into a class this Sunday, snag your spot early! 🐇🐣 We’ll have a limited schedule at Park Road and Carmel Commons on Easter morning:

Park Road:
8:15 am with Buffy Mccoy Kelly Yoga
9:30 am with Rian
10:45 am with Allison

Carmel Commons:
9 am with Suzanne Bergen (75 minutes)

All other Sunday classes at ParkTowne Village and Carmel Commons are cancelled. Other days flowing as regularly scheduled.

Those stairs aren’t going to climb themselves. 👟

This month’s CYService classes support our $15,000 fundraising goal for the Tunnel to Towers Charlotte stair climb.

If you’ve been around CY for any length of time, you know how close this one is to our hearts. Longtime CY teacher Suzanne Bergen and her husband chair the annual Tunnel to Towers Charlotte Climb, which raises money to support our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes and their families.

Here’s how you can show up for T2T this month:

RESERVE AHEAD. 🗓️ Purchase a drop-in for a pre-set donation amount for any Sunday 12 pm class at ParkTowne Village this month. Book on our website or app.

SHOW UP. 👋 We accept cash and cards, and you pay what you can.

DROP A DONATION. 💵 Can’t make it to class? Drop cash or a check in the donation box at the front desk anytime this month. Make checks payable to Tunnel to Towers.

Want to go even bigger? Join Team CY to climb the stairs at Bank of America stadium Sunday, May 17.

Give your hips some focused attention with smart mobility and strength work that translates directly to your flow. You’ll learn how your hips are meant to move and walk away with practical tools to support more ease, better range, and stronger stability in everyday life and on the mat.

Shoulder Lab: Functional Movement + Biomechanics

Build strength and confidence in your shoulders with targeted activation and alignment work. We’ll explore how to create more support when your arms are reaching up, bearing weight, or moving through chaturanga — so those shapes feel solid instead of strained.

Breath + Sound Experience

Step into an immersive breath journey paired with live sound through silent disco headphones. This is space to release what’s heavy, shift your energy, and reconnect to yourself in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re opening your heart in all the ways.

Join us for Awaken Your Heart, a deeply immersive 2.5-hour masterclass with designed to reconnect you with the wisdom that already lives within you.

Expect heart-opening yoga, guided breathwork, energetic practices, and a soothing sound healing journey, all intentionally woven together to support expansion, balance, and presence. We’ll explore chest-opening movement, accessible practices that align breath and awareness, heart chakra activation, and a deeply restorative soundscape to help integrate the work on a deeper level.

This is a practice of love in its fullest form: self-love, universal love, and the kind of presence that stays with you long after class ends.
