Having aging loved ones is something we cannot overlook, but we can keep their legacy alive by holding space and having conversations.

There comes times when it’s necessary to call a spade a spade.

As a society, I think we’ve become too sensitive where we can’t receive constructive feedback. 💯

Not everything is judgment (as in condemnation). 😳

In fact, we are called to judge (as in discern) things with others, but most importantly things within ourselves.

One of the tasks your therapist is assigned to do is point out incongruence💚

“You’re saying this, but we’re seeing this.”
“You desire this, but are your current actions getting you closer to that fulfillment?”

You won’t grow if you continue to justify the things that are outdated and antiquated (meaning they don’t have healthy purpose in this season).

So the question: are you ready to realign and reset?
