Where Does It Hurt has been studying all of the muscles in the body with the mindset of mobility, muscle testing, and overall functionality testing to determine the reasons why people are in pain for over 10 years now. We have treated professional athletes, surgeons, emergency service members, and even physical therapists which has given us the experience and the ability to create treatment plans for all aches, pains, and injuries. We have a unique understanding of the muscular system enabling us to retrain the entire musculoskeletal system to facilitate ability and complete functionality. Muscles have many layers and hold onto the pain from the energy that blasts through them causing injury. Whether it be a cut, tear, blunt trauma from getting punched, or an old injury, Where Does It Hurt specializes in treating all the layers of each muscle to rid each person of their pain. Where Does It Hurt understands that muscles are designed to move one specific way. There may be several actions of one muscle, but the main purpose of each muscle is contained within a specific box of actions it is responsible for. For Example, the Quadriceps muscles’ primary movements are designed to extend the knee and flex the hip. The Where Does It Hurt Program can alleviate your pain by utilizing this concept of muscles having specific movements enabling us to track and predict injuries and inabilities. We promote pain free living by identifying and treating degraded muscles and nerve impingement causing nerve pain. One of our Where Does It Hurt Specialists gives a free consultation which consists of various techniques such as, active and passive movements, rediscovering full range of motion, manual muscle testing and joint mobility testing that allow us to predict the problem causing pain and create a plan to relieve the root cause of the pain. We then educate you on how to continue this pain free life with a regimen of at home specific functional self-treating mobility exercises.
