Hi everyone, I just wanted to share some new benefits and features for you at Nourish.

I now offer After pay as an option to make paying for the services you love more affordable. I understand in this economy it’s already challenging for the majority of us to comfortably afford the cost of living, much less the good and services we enjoy and need! The truth is, too many people think massage therapy is just a luxury expense or a for pampering, but did you know that there is a clinical side to massage? In fact, in some settings, it is a part of rehabilitative, maintenance, and palliative care for patients and is processed through insurance!

Just here to say, I love what cupping therapy does for me, and I enjoy doing it for others!

Cupping: minimizes chronic pain, increases blood flow, loosens tissue adhesions, stimulates immune response, etc.

Body Work or Relaxation (Swedish)?

💪🏾 Body work uses manual therapy techniques to address specific issues with the body. The goal is a treatment plan for a single visit, or a span of visits to help with a wide range of concerns ( pain, tension, stress, restrictions, imbalanced posture, decreased range of motion, etc. ) You may receive a customized application of different modalities like cupping, stretching, compressions, and more.
