Hello there! 👋🏾I’m Dr. Robyn Lowery. I have been in the counseling field for over 17 years either teaching graduate students or providing counseling services. I’m often asked if I work with couples or families, but my focus is solely on the needs of women experiencing challenges with fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Because women are much more likely to put the needs of others before their own, I wanted my counseling practice to be a sacred space that puts my clients at the center. I love ❤️partnering with women in creating an integrative mental health plan to promote overall wellness along their journey TO and THRU motherhood. So look for me to talk about sleep habits, nutrition, movement, spirituality, and/or other complementary practices. When I’m off the clock, I enjoy hanging with my book club, 📚keeping my plants 🪴 alive (it’s a struggle), and relaxing with the family.
