A One-Day Sanctuary Retreat

This January, I’m inviting you to begin the year slowly.

Awakening the Magic Within is an intimate Sunday retreat designed to help you gently cross the threshold into the new year with intention, ritual, and grounded presence. This is not a rushed workshop or a packed retreat schedule. It’s a sanctuary day created to nourish your nervous system, tend your inner rhythms, and reconnect you with the quiet magic of beginning again.

Together, we’ll gather in a small circle of eight women to journal, reflect on the Witch’s Calendar, blend a personal ritual tea, craft an herbal foot soak, and create a spell jar to anchor your intentions for the year ahead. A nourishing vegetarian lunch is included, along with plenty of space to breathe, integrate, and simply be.

This retreat is also the unofficial kickoff to Magic School. A soft initiation for those feeling the call, and a beautiful standalone experience for anyone longing for depth, grounding, and ritual at the start of the year.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the container intimate and easeful.

I’m taking the next week off to be with my little goddesses, rest, and intentionally plan for the year ahead.

These days are for slow mornings in pajamas, cooking and baking, reading by soft light, snuggling close, and choosing presence over productivity.

Today is the Winter Solstice and a New Moon, a sacred pairing that invites us into the tender quiet of winter. A time for tearfulness, contemplation, and honoring what this season asks of us. Less doing. More being. More listening.

However you mark this time, may your traditions be filled with rest, warmth, and love.

I’m booking into January and February now and look forward to holding space for you when I return, rested, rooted, and ready.

It’s freezing outside.
The light fades early.
My body wants blankets, tea, and quiet.

After weeks of openings, gatherings, ceremony, and my birthday, I can feel the call to winter. To draw inward. To soften. To rest.

This season isn’t meant for constant output or momentum. It’s meant for integration, nourishment, and tending what truly matters.

I have one final appointment left for 2025

Then I’m stepping into a long, spacious pause to be with my family, to restore my nervous system, and to honor the sacred art of doing less.

On the longest night of the year, we gather in candlelight to honor endings, release what no longer serves, and gently call in the magic of what is to come.

Join Ashley Masters for a sacred Winter Solstice ceremony inside The Alchemical Herbarium, a night devoted to reflection, intention, and deep seasonal ritual. This is a pause at the threshold where darkness softens and the light begins its return.

Together we will sip ritual tea, journal through guided reflection, explore the symbolism of the Solstice, write manifestation letters for 2026, and craft personalized Solstice Spell Jars filled with herbs, flowers, salts, and crystals chosen for your unique intentions.

We’re honored to welcome The Erotic Heart, a local Charlotte atelier devoted to beauty, devotion, and the art of the soul, to our Grand Opening Holiday Market this Saturday 12/13 from 10–3.

Seeing a logo I designed with my own hands hanging in front of a space I’ve poured years of love, labor, healing, and devotion into feels surreal. This house has held countless miracles already and now she finally gets to introduce herself to the world as the Ashley Masters Healing Arts Wellness Center.

What started as a dream has become a full sanctuary for bodywork, energy work, ritual, herbalism, tea, and community care. Every corner has been tended, blessed, and created with intention so you can feel held the moment you walk through the door.
