There is something powerful that happens when women gather with honesty and intention.

The Empowered Woman Gathering returns tomorrow evening at Ashley Masters Healing Arts, and it is one of the most beautiful nights of the month inside this little sanctuary.

We begin with tea from , letting the nervous system soften and settle. From there we move into grounding practices, meaningful conversation, and gentle seasonal ritual designed to help you reconnect with yourself and what truly matters.

This is not therapy.
It is not coaching.
It is not a place to perform or pretend.

It is a space where women gather in truth.

March’s theme is Emerging. As spring begins to stir, we will explore what we are ready to cultivate, nurture, and grow in this next chapter.

Bring a journal, bring a simple dish if you feel called, and most importantly bring your whole self.

Come as you are.
Leave lighter.
Leave clearer.
Leave empowered.

Sunday invites us back to ourselves.

A slower morning.
A deeper breath.
A quiet moment before the next week begins.

In nature, winter does not rush into spring.

There is a gentle unfolding.

The same is true for us.

Your nervous system does not need to constantly be in motion. Your body was designed for rhythms of activity and rest, expansion and retreat.

Today is an invitation to soften.

Take a walk outside.
Sip something warm.
Stretch your body.
Let the sunlight touch your face.

Allow yourself to move slowly for a few hours.

The world will still be there tomorrow.

Today is simply about remembering how good it feels to be here.

Self care is often marketed as something extravagant or complicated.

But the truth is, it can be incredibly simple.

It might look like stepping outside and letting the sun warm your face.

Stretching your body after a long week.

Sitting quietly with a cup of tea before the day begins.

Or finally giving your body the massage it has been asking for.

Your body is always communicating.

Through tension.
Through fatigue.
Through subtle whispers that ask for attention and care.

So many of us have been taught to ignore those signals and push through.

But healing begins when we start listening again.

This weekend, ask yourself one simple question.

What would help my body feel supported today?

And then give yourself permission to honor the answer.

There is something magical about sitting down with a warm cup of tea.

Not rushing.
Not multitasking.
Simply being present.

The Tea Room at Five Goddess Farm was created as a sanctuary for exactly this.

A place where the nervous system can soften.

Where conversations deepen.
Where strangers become friends.
Where the plants quietly do their work.

Every herbal blend here is crafted with care using organic herbs chosen for their ability to nourish the body and spirit.

Some support relaxation.
Some encourage digestion.
Some gently uplift the heart.

But beyond their medicinal benefits, tea invites something even more important.

Slowness.

In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, tea reminds us to pause.

To breathe.
To sip slowly.
To return to ourselves.

We live in a culture that glorifies exhaustion.

Busy schedules.
Constant productivity.
The quiet pressure to always be doing more.

But the nervous system was never designed for endless hustle.

The body heals in moments of safety, stillness, and rest.

This is why every session at Ashley Masters Healing Arts is designed as an experience, not just a massage.

When you arrive, the pace of the world begins to slow.

The heated table warms tired muscles.
Intentional touch begins to soften tension held deep in the body.
Reiki energy gently supports the nervous system, helping the body shift from doing into receiving.

Layer by layer, the body begins to release what it has been holding.

Breath deepens.
Shoulders soften.
The mind becomes quiet.

And when your session ends, the experience continues downstairs at Five Goddess Farm where a warm cup of herbal tea is waiting for you.

Because healing deserves time to land.

Rest is not lazy.
It is your body remembering how to regulate, restore, and replenish.

And you deserve that.

Spring is slowly arriving.

The light lingers a little longer each evening.
The trees are beginning to bud.
The earth is stretching awake after a long winter.

Our bodies feel this shift too.

After months of contraction and holding, many people begin to notice tight hips, sore shoulders, restless sleep, or a nervous system that still feels stuck in winter mode.

This is the body asking for support.

Bodywork is one of the most powerful ways to help the body transition into a new season.

Massage encourages circulation, supports lymphatic movement, releases stored tension, and gently signals to the nervous system that it is safe to soften.

It is not simply about working on muscles.

It is about helping the body return to balance.

Over and over again I hear clients say the same thing after their sessions.

“I didn’t realize how much I was holding.”

Spring is a beautiful time to release what winter has been carrying.

And to remember that caring for your body is not indulgent.

It is essential.

Radiance Revival
A return to your radiance.

So many women are living with the quiet exhaustion of carrying too much for too long.

The responsibilities.
The constant giving.
The emotional labor.
The pressure to keep going even when your body is asking for rest.

Over time we begin to lose touch with ourselves.

Our joy gets quieter.
Our intuition becomes harder to hear.
Our bodies start whispering through tension, fatigue, or overwhelm.

Radiance Revival was created as a gentle but powerful path back to yourself.

This nine-session alchemical immersion is not a quick fix or a surface level self care package. It is a season of deep tending.

Through intuitive massage, Reiki, ritual, reflection, and spiritual guidance, we slowly unwind what has been held too tightly and begin to restore connection with the body, the heart, and the deeper wisdom that lives within you.

Again and again I witness women soften in this space.

Shoulders drop.
Breath deepens.
The light in their eyes returns.

Not because they became someone new.

But because they remembered who they were all along.

Radiance Revival is open for a limited number of women who feel ready to begin that journey.

If your heart whispered yes while reading this, I invite you to listen.

There is one space left.

Radiance Revival: The Initiation
April 17–19 | North Carolina Mountains

This intimate retreat is designed as a sacred threshold. A weekend to step away from the noise of daily life and remember who you are underneath the weight of responsibility, expectations, and endless doing.

We gather in the quiet beauty of the North Carolina mountains for a weekend of rest, ritual, creativity, and deep integration. Herbal tea, nourishing meals, meditative painting, reflection rituals, embodied practices, and meaningful connection with other women walking their own path of becoming.

This is not a retreat about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering your radiance.

Only one spot remains for this deeply personal container.

If your body whispered “yes” while reading this, trust that.

A little bit of magic has taken root at the Wellness Center.

Over the past few days I’ve been outside with my hands in the soil, building something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time. Right in front of the house, a little garden sanctuary has come to life.

Raised beds are now filled with flowers and herbs.
A lavender hedge is beginning to take shape.
Adirondack chairs are tucked among the beds.
And as the sun sets, string lights glow softly over the garden.

This sweet space was created for slowing down. For conversation. For quiet moments between sips of tea. For the simple joy of sitting outside surrounded by plants and beauty.

You’re warmly invited to come enjoy it.

Grab a cup of herbal tea inside the Tea Room, step out into the garden, settle into a chair, and let yourself breathe for a moment. No rushing. No agenda. Just a small pocket of peace right here in the heart of Charlotte.

Sometimes the most magical thing we can do is sit in the garden and be.

Sunday reminder.

Rest.
Relax.
Recharge.

Today carries a few different energies.
The soft rain of early spring.
The strange little shift of daylight savings.
And the celebration of International Women’s Day.

All invitations in their own way.

The rain reminds us that nourishment often arrives quietly.
Daylight savings nudges our rhythms and asks us to recalibrate.
And International Women’s Day invites us to honor the strength, resilience, creativity, and wisdom of women everywhere.

So today, move slowly.

Sleep in if you can.
Make a warm cup of tea.
Take a nap.
Step outside and breathe the rain-washed air.
Call a woman you love and remind her how extraordinary she is.

You don’t have to accomplish anything today.

Rest is productive.
Softness is powerful.
And caring for yourself is one of the most radical things a woman can do in this world.

Today we honor women.
Including you.

With love from this little sanctuary in Charlotte.

Healing does not only happen on the table.

It happens in rooms where women feel safe to exhale.

Sound Baths.
New Moon Circles.
Alchemy of Surrender.
Tea Tastings inside the apothecary.

At and , we are creating spaces where you can be witnessed without performance.

No fixing.
No spiritual bypassing.
Just presence.

Community care is the quiet luxury so many of us have been craving.

We cannot think our way through everything.

Some healing has to happen through the body.

Table Thai Hybrid begins fully clothed.
Gentle stretches.
Pressure points.
Opening the sen lines so energy can move more freely.

From there, we transition into Swedish or Deep Tissue once your body is receptive.

I may weave in Tok Sen vibration.
Thai reflexology.
Herbal compresses.

The goal is not intensity.

The goal is spaciousness.

You leave feeling open.
Lighter.
More at home inside yourself.
