This session offers the best of both worlds. You begin fully clothed on the table with Thai-inspired stretching and pressure point work to open the body, lengthen the muscles, and awaken circulation. Once your body feels open and spacious, we transition into Swedish or deep tissue massage for the remainder of the session.

November and December stretch the nervous system in ways few other seasons do. The holiday season asks a lot of our bodies and our energy. Family dynamics, travel, expectations, endless to-do lists. It is a time when the nervous system begins whispering for support long before we slow down enough to hear it.

This is the moment where intentional care becomes essential.

My work in the treatment room is designed for seasons exactly like this. Deep, intuitive massage that melts tension and creates a sense of safety in the body. Let’s talk about Reiki.

Reiki is one of the most supportive and calming healing modalities I offer. It softens the nervous system, eases tension, and brings the entire body into a state of deep rest. Many clients describe it as feeling like warmth, waves, or light moving through them. Others feel a sense of peace they have not felt in years.

Reiki is now offered in hospitals and hospice settings across the country to support anxiety, pain, and emotional overwhelm. This work is gentle and restorative, and it meets you exactly where you are.

If you have been curious or feeling called to experience energy work, consider this your invitation. Your body knows when it is ready to receive. I would be honored to support you.
