✨EMDR Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety, and Lasting Change ✨

✍️ By Keli Solomon, M.S., LCMHCA

Excerpt:
"EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process experiences that may still be affecting you in the present, even when you understand them logically.

Many of the individuals I work with are insightful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change.

If you find yourself thinking, “I understand my past, but it still affects me,” EMDR may be a helpful next step. I invite you to reach out to learn more."

✨Dear Friends and Supporters: Commemorating 60 Years! ✨

✍️ By Jay Cobb, M.A., LCMHC-QS, Executive Director

Excerpt:
"As we commemorate 60 years of delivering compassionate mental health care in 2025, I am once again reflecting on the question we explored in last year’s annual report: Why are we committed to this work? This past year, as more individuals faced challenges accessing mental health services, I took a fresh perspective on our mission. I was reminded of the teachings of Christ in Matthew 25, which call us to care for the “least of these.” Our commitment remains strong as we seek new ways to serve those who are marginalized, overlooked, and forgotten."
