River Flow Holistic International Online Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga Center that originated in Charlotte, NC. We offer high quality small group sessions, as well as personal sessions.

Our Taoist training is a fusion style of traditional Asian Yoga and Ki (Qi) Gong / Tai Chi. It is powerful, peaceful, easy, and fun.

Climb the mountain — even when you don’t have time to. ⛰️

You don’t need a trail, a summit, or hours of free time.
With gentle bouncing in a lunge and a soft arm swing,
your body learns the rhythm of walking uphill —
without stressing your knees.

As we age, when the knees feel weaker,
and when life gets too busy to escape somewhere,
this simple practice helps you rebuild the strength to rise again.

One day, with this movement,
you’ll be able to stand on real mountains too. 🌿

🦚 Peacock Qigong — Expanding Energy Through Grace 🌿

Life allows us to make mistakes.
Through them, we grow softer and wiser.

Love and the body both bloom
when tended with care. 🌸

This practice is about that same softness —
lowering the body, grounding deeply,
and unfolding your energy like a peacock opening its radiant wings.

It’s not about controlling the breath,
but about letting Qi move naturally through your legs, spine, and arms —
a dance between stability and freedom.

Time passes,
but this breath remains.
Inhale gently,
and feel who you are in this moment. 🌿
