G R O U N D I N G
Allow for pockets of moments throughout the day to sit, breathe, feel. There will always be some form of external chaos & frenzy—making it even more important to cultivate a space within that’s connected & still.
Sitting on the ground if possible, sensing the hips connect to Mama Earth beneath. Each exhale anchors you deeper. Closing the eyes, feel the body breathe, the heart beat. Falling into the natural rhythm of inhale & exhale.
Inviting in those parts of you that feel untethered, ungrounded, or maybe unseen. Invite them to rest on this sacred plot of earth you found.
Feel yourself sitting on the earth—all these layers of your past that have created the ground you sit upon. All the layers that have led you to here, this moment.
Feel above you and all around you—this sense of unfolding, of becoming. The expansion of the future, the unknown, the moment you’re moving into.
Then feel your body in between the two—between the past that you now sit upon, and the unfolding of the future. Feel your body here, N O W, in the present. Grounded. Still. Calm.
Chaos & frenzy will always exist. Can you find a little piece of earth to sit, breathe & connect? 🏔️🧘🏻
