✨Meet Catherine✨

📍Originally from Blacksburg, VA, Catherine moved to Charlottesville to attend UVA before earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from VCU.

Growing up as a competitive gymnast sparked her passion for helping fellow athletes thrive. Today, she loves working with gymnasts, dancers, pilates enthusiasts, tennis and pickleball athletes, helping them optimize movement, prevent injury, and perform at their highest level! 🎾🤸💪

Outside of seeing patients, Catherine stays active with solidcore, tennis, and spending time outdoors. She loves exploring Charlottesville, and relaxing with her two cats!

We’re thrilled to welcome her at Whole Strength PT, and can’t wait for our patients to experience the care she brings to the clinic! 🎉

For this patient we worked on:

- ability to control trunk rotation and side bending
- movements emphasizing front loaded positions to improve cleaning
- exercises challenging hip and midline stability in coordination with one another
