Staff spotlight:
Addiction Allies is pleased to have Denzel Carter on staff. Denzel works alongside our licensed therapists to support high acuity clients in our Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment Program. Denzel supports clients entering this higher care level, helping them get comfortable in group, and get grounded in early recovery. Denzel plays an active role in discharge planning meeting individually with clients weekly to advance and assist with planning/resources to help clients enter their next phase of recovery. Bret Decker….our next staff spotlight.
Bret is a licensed substance abuse treatment professional (LSATP). He obtained his Masters in Addiction from Hazeldon Graduate School of Addiction Studies and is a Certified Addiction Specialist through the American Academy of Healthcare Addiction Providers. Bret facilitates our evening IOP program and weekend PHP groups. He also performs twelve step facilitation and EMDR 1:1. He is certified nationally for gambling disorders.
