Valerie is a certified hypnotherapist, Akashic Records reader and Intuitive healer/Artist. She has been practicing Reiki and other healing modalities for 20 years, and has been working within the Akashic Records for the last 5 years. "Akasha" is a Sanskrit word meaning "primary substance, that out of which all things are formed." Valerie speaks to audiences about promoting personal health, wellness, alternative healing methods and expanding consciousness. She enjoys writing about energy healing and how it helps us to help ourselves, and has had articles published in local and national magazines. Valerie is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, the Association for Research and Enlightenment, and currently sees clients in Charlottesville, VA and by phone. She travels to Northern VA and the Tidewater area regularly to see clients as well.

Kind of late in the day to be drawing cards, but these two came through: Peace and Manifest.

Most of us are taught the opposite order.

We’re told:
manifest what you want… and then you’ll feel peaceful.

But the cards offered a different wisdom today.

Peace first. Manifest second.

Peace isn’t the reward after everything works out.
It’s the soil that allows things to grow in the first place.

When we root into peace — when the nervous system settles, when we stop pushing and forcing — something shifts. From that grounded place, what’s meant for us begins to take shape naturally.

Roots before branches.
Stillness before creation.

A gentle reminder today:

Peace may not be the outcome of manifestation.
It may actually be the beginning of it.
