Locally owned and locally loved since January 2004, HYC is located in downtown Charlottesville and offers 40 hot yoga classes a week (both Bikram method and Hot Vinyasa) that are open to people of all ages and abilities. Our friendly and experienced staff will guide you through your yoga practice and provide a safe yet challenging environment for your personal growth.
