Commonwealth Transitions

After receiving Major Degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware, William Schulz, Founder of Commonwealth Transitions.

Starting in 2002 he joined the Fortune 500 Dental Distributor Patterson Dental Supply. After 5 years with Patterson Dental Supply in Northern New Jersey, he accepted a promotion to become Patterson Dental’s Office Design and Equipment/Technology Salesperson in Charlottesville, Virginia. His territory included the Western half of Virginia. After 11 years in the Dental distribution business, William joined a Dental Brokerage firm, Southeast Transitions LLC in 2012. In addition to joining the Dental Transitions firm, William earned his Commercial Real Estate License in Virginia, which he now holds with Real Estate III Commercial Properties in Charlottesville, Virginia. Over the last 14 years, He has successfully facilitated the buying and selling of Dental Practices, Dental Equipment/Technology/Supplies as well as Commercial and Residential Real Estate. William currently resides in Charlottesville Virginia with his wife and two children.

In lieu of his success, William decided to open his own firm which he named, Commonwealth Transitions LLC. Commonwealth Transitions was founded on the premise that Quality Dentist’s need a total transition solution for their Practice & Real Estate needs, with a concierge style service.
