Anybody know his owner . Local citizen brought to us to look for microchip. He is chipped however the number doesn’t work.

According to the ASPCA, approximately 6.3 million companion animals enter U.S. animal shelters nationwide every year. To support those animals in need while they wait to find their forever homes, we are kicking off our annual Movers for Mutts collection drive to collect items for the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA 🐶🐱. See below for a list of donation items and locations where donations can be dropped off.

Necessary items for donation include:
• Towels
• Old Blankets
• Dog, Cat, and Other Animal food
• Pet Treats
• Leashes & Collars
• Pet Toys
• Litter
• Grooming Items
• Food Dishes
• Waste Disposal Bags
• Placemats
