We often hear from patients, "I would have come sooner, but I thought it would go away."

Although this sometimes seems to work, that's often temporary because we compensate so we can go on with life

Those compensations come back and haunt us in the future

Getting on top of an injury or pain right away, correcting motor patterns, compensations, gait changes, etc can help decrease the chances of the situation becoming chronic

She offers gentle instrument and manual adjusting services, as well as soft tissue therapies.
