We are an integrated health and wellness practice, providing comprehensive body care through chiropractic methods, physical therapy, massage therapy & lifestyle counseling. Our services and treatments include chiropractic care, physical therapy, and lifestyle counseling, along with techniques such as the McKenzie Technique, Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, and Pilates exercises. We work closely with our patients to gain full comprehension of their underlying issues and health history to get them on the path to recovery and keep them healthy through prevention techniques.

Our team of chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists puts so much heart into caring for every person who comes through our doors. We focus on treating the whole individual and we use the most current research so our patients can feel better, move better, and reach their goals.

we had a balance challenge on the balance board (with beer or water), grip strength testing, and free 30 minute massage raffled off for the raffle

Whether you’re a runner, PT, student, or just PT-curious—come move, mingle, and enjoy a casual night out.
