First day of school! I started acupuncture school last week at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine. Although my license enabled me to practice acupuncture in Arizona, Virginia doesn’t recognize my license, so its back to school for some more training. I’m excited to deepen my knowledge of my favorite modality in the process. 🙏 You can still find me at my practice on Wednesdays and Fridays and at Rebecca’s Natural Foods on Thursdays and Saturdays (where I’m doing free 15 minute consultations!). My Story

I am a Family Practice Naturopathic Physician, dedicated to helping you and your family thrive in your journey to health. I enjoy discovering with you the root cause of disease and helping you to unwind the patterns that have played a role in the process.

I utilize diet and nutrition counseling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, and a number of other natural therapies to help you along the way. I am also beginning to explore gemstone therapies, both using them in place of traditional acupuncture on the meridians, and in other ways, to assist your body in regaining alignment and optimal functioning.

I recently moved to Flagstaff, AZ after practicing for the last 3 years in Carlsbad, NM. I currently have offices in both Flagstaff and in Carlsbad, staying in Arizona the majority of the time, and traveling back to my practice in New Mexico for one week each month. I love both places and am grateful for the opportunity to serve multiple cities.
