Our amazing friends at AskLandis recently reached out to Our Lady of Peace, Westminster Canterbury and the Colonnades to see if we could bring some residents down to Southwest Mountains Vineyards for a Senior Social. We went yesterday and it was wonderful. We will be partnering and sponsoring more events together for our residents to enjoy in the future, so stay tuned. The staff at Southwest Mountains Vineyard were amazing and took such great care of us. The weather,venue,food,drinks and the views could not be beat. We really enjoyed listening to Liz Marian on piano. Thank you to Brandon, Stephen, Sara, Malik,Abby and Troy,for a great day!!

A special guest hopped on over to OLOP with treats yesterday to wish our residents and staff a Happy Easter. Thank you to our friend Crystal from At Home Care Staffing for always thinking of us!

For all who will be attending our final Lenten Series this Wednesday with Pastor Ryan Holcomb,please note we have a slight time change. We will be starting at 1:45pm! We look forward to seeing you, and hope everyone who has attended has enjoyed this series. We will plan to do this again next year, due to the interest you all have shown!

Since June of 1997, Our Lady of Peace has been blessed to have Trisha Gilmer as our Social Worker. Trish is a friend to all. Always happy and smiling and the true definition of sunshine on a cloudy day. We presented Trish with a beautiful basket for National Social Worker month but she knows that we celebrate her every single day. On behalf of all OLOP staff and residents, and families, WE LOVE YOU, TRISHA, and are grateful for all that you have given to our community, generously and lovingly for close to 30 years.

We played a round of St Patrick's trivia this morning. The winner was Bob, then we played a lucky leprechaun game. Eileen, Ray and Shirley won!!!
