From personal experience, I know that, given the proper stimulus, our bodies have the innate ability to heal and to restore themselves. I have trained my own body not only to overcome pain but to heal itself naturally. I have employed both Nia as well as The Egoscue Method® first to heal and then to maintain my body’s natural alignment. My mission:
At Re-Align, I help people to discover the source of their pain and overcome their pain and physical limitations on a daily basis by using a holistic, whole-body approach to pain management. Postural Alignment Therapy has been proven to address shoulder, neck, back, knee, ankle and many other types of pain. So that you may live your life to the fullest and free from pain, my mission is:
