Here at , we see many clients that are suffering from knee pain. Did you know that how you maintain your hips and feet can affect your knees?
Our knees are excellent shock absorbers during impact activities like running, jumping and walking. They support our posture, protect other joints, provide stability, and help us maintain balance.
Some of our favorite ways to support knees at MOVE is to address any muscle imbalances by releasing muscles and trigger points that attach at the knee (calves, hamstrings, Quads, Adductors, etc) or up and down your fascial chains that are tight (glutes, ankle mobility, feet, etc).
Our wonderful Acupuncturist, Ashley can also provide needling for relief of acute symptoms. If you’re recovering from a knee surgery or Replacement, feel free to ask about our 15 minute Graston Technique Add-On for Instrument assisted soft tissue treatment for relief from fascia, muscle and scar tissue pain.

Move Medical Massage & Sports Therapy, LLC is hiring a part-time receptionist. This is a great opportunity for a high school or college student or a parent looking to work opposite hours of their spouse!

The ideal candidate must be available weekday afternoons & early evenings (no later than 7pm) as well as weekends. We are looking to fill approximately 15 hours weekly. A competitive hourly wage will be determined based on experience level.

Duties include:
-answering phone calls
-greeting & checking out clients
-scheduling clients
-light housekeeping
