After 35 years of practice in the Charlottesville area, including the past 12+ years providing Move for Health (TM) Physical Therapy services, I’m now providing Direct Physical Therapy outpatient care at The Center at Belvedere in Charlottesville, VA.

Physical therapy sessions are also available at Home (in the Charlottesville area) & via Telehealth (for residents of Virginia).

Evaluation and treatment includes a whole body movement assessment to determine the root cause of mobility, balance and strength issues. With a personalized and evidence-informed approach that empowers healthy human movement for an optimal healthspan.

I’m so thankful to celebrate the completion of my 34th anniversary with Ivy Rehab/(formerly) SPECTRUM Physical Therapy in Charlottesville!

I feel fortunate to be part of such an outstanding clinical team and a wonderful, supportive local community. Including my patients, family, friends and my physical therapist & physician colleagues.
