IG, it’s been a while! Truth be told, I’ve been giving using social media a hard think, even going as far as just wanting to get rid of all of it. Over the course of our huge road trip to Charlottesville, VA, I always came back to service. I want to serve my clients (past, present, future) with the content I create. To inspire and educate. To help you spend less time in the gym and more time outdoors.

If you haven’t yet noticed, I changed the name of the business. I had two problems with Hammerheart.

1. The Hammerheart logo, the mjolnir, has been appropriated by white nationalists. This is isn’t who I am and it was surprisingly bringing me the wrong people. I know. Right?

2. Hammerheart belongs to Corvallis, OR and the incredible people I got to train while living there.

So there. That’s it for now. It’s not perfect. And I’m still not completely sure how I want to handle social media (and to be handled by it), but I’m here to stay.
