Well, it’s sad to see this chapter end, I’m excited for Bethany and Historic Yoga 🧘‍♀️ for taking the steps towards even bigger and better things!. With that being said, Functional Massage Therapy will be staying in its location and will be expanding at services so keep your eyes peeled

♾️💛 As of the end of April, Historic Yoga will be transitioning out of our home at 48 Main St. in Sturbridge. We’ve outgrown our space and are making the aligned decision to pause as we explore a new location that better reflects our holistic vision.

This chapter has been filled with connection, healing, and growth— made possible by this incredible community. While it’s bittersweet, it’s also a beautiful sign that we’re evolving.

We’re actively seeking a new space that allows for deeper embodiment, connection, and room to grow. We trust this pause is making way for something even more intentional.

Memberships, class passes, and scheduled sessions will remain valid through 4/30/26. Our goal is to give you options for what to do moving forward until we have concrete details to share.
