Patient Services Representative - Medical Clinic Receptionist – Darabi Dermatology
📍 Chaska, MN | Shakopee & Hutchinson(occasional)

Darabi Dermatology provides comprehensive medical, surgical (Mohs), and cosmetic dermatology services in a warm, professional setting.
We’re looking for a Medical Receptionist who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient text messages
Verify insurance, collect copays, and keep records accurate
Assist with patient demographic and insurance documentation in practice management software
Support a smooth daily flow for our providers and patients
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a medical front desk or healthcare admin role preferred
Knowledge of basic medical terminology, health insurance, and EMRs (Modernizing Medicine a plus)
Strong communication and multitasking skills (patient registration & check-in, answer phones, text messages in secure portal, respond to emails and Google Workspace Chats.
Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented
A positive attitude and patient-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 $25/hr during 90-day training, then $27/hr based on performance
🕒 Mon–Thu 7:15 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 7:15 AM–12:30 PM
🚫 No nights, weekends, or holidays
🏖️ Paid time off + holidays. Approx. 13-20 days
💳 Health insurance stipend (via MNsure), if required. $4,200 value
💼 401(k) with up to 3% employer match. Approx $1,600 value
💼 Profit Sharing Plan in your 401k. Approx $3,000 value
💆 Employee discounts on skincare & cosmetic treatments, Approx. $500 - 5,000 value
Total compensation package value, approx: $65,500 - $72,000
