Dear friends,

As we approach the close of this year and step into a new one, I wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude and blessings to each of you. This season invites us to pause, reflect, and appreciate the goodness that has been shared with us.

I am deeply thankful for your generous support over the past year, through your contributions to Triple Gem and the Metta Meditation Center, your compassion, and your sincere encouragement of the Dhamma and practice. Your kindness has helped sustain the work of teaching and practice, and I am especially grateful for your support in helping to share my book, “The Mind Workout,” so that these teachings may reach and benefit many others.

May the coming year nourish your practice, deepen mindfulness and wisdom, and strengthen loving kindness in your hearts. May you meet all experiences with balance and clarity.
