Join us for a one-Day Vipassana retreat

When: Saturday, Dec. 6
8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Mindfulness Center
212 Chestnut Street
Chaska, Minn.

We will practice a mindfulness-based meditation technique that involves the observation of the breath and the sensations that arise within the body. The day will include silent meditation, Dharma talks, group discussions, and gentle mindful movement exercises.
