Today we were spoiled with the sweetest handmade Valentine’s cards from our friends, the Dragonflies 🐉🦋. The smiles, the colors, and the heartfelt notes truly brightened our day and warmed our hearts.

Love is in the air and on our craft tables! 💌🎨 This past week we’ve been busy creating beautiful Valentine’s art and heartfelt cards. Our residents poured so much creativity and kindness into every heart we made! ❤️

We had a sweep-tastic time at Chaska Heights today! 🥌❄️

The Chaska Curling Team came to visit and taught us all about the sport of curling AND how to play tabletop curling right here in our community! Residents loved learning the rules, trying their hand at the game, and sharing lots of laughs along the way. It was such a fun, interactive experience for everyone!

If you can’t escape winter, you might as well embrace it—and that’s exactly what we’ve been doing this week! 😄☃️

Our Memory Care community has been staying busy and smiling big with so many great activities! From creative winter fun ❄️ to build-your-own ice cream enjoyed by people from all areas of our community 🍨—it was wonderful to see everyone come together and share some sweet moments! 💛

And let’s talk about this week’s TRYathlon 💪🎉—we had our BIGGEST turnout EVER! The energy, encouragement, and determination were truly inspiring.

❄️☃️ A perfect way to spend a cold & snowy Sunday evening! 🍲❤️

We warmed up the night with a cozy Soup Party and full hearts! Our wonderful Community Life Director Paige spoiled us with FOUR homemade soups — 🍅 Tomato Basil, 🍜 Chicken Noodle, 🥕 Vegetable, and 🧀 Cheesy Potato. Choosing a favorite was not easy… but 🥇 Cheesy Potato took the top spot!

After dinner, we relaxed with some 🍷 wine and enjoyed a lovely social hour filled with laughter, conversation, and connection. Nights like these remind us how special our community truly is. 💕

And WOW… are we off to an incredible start! 💪👏 Our residents are already showing determination, strength, and so much heart as they take on this exciting challenge.

✨ What is the TRYathlon? ✨
The TRYathlon is all about using your strengths to do what you love ❤️. Research shows that the more time we spend using our strengths, the less likely we are to experience worry, stress, anger, sadness — and even physical pain. 💙
It’s long been proven that strength leads to strength, and getting stronger comes with amazing benefits for both body and mind!

Watching our participants encourage one another, push themselves, and have FUN while doing it is truly inspiring. 🥹🔥 This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!
