Our group uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tools to develop essential coping skills, such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation. These skills will help you manage difficult emotions and navigate life's challenges.
Additionally, prayer is a key element in our group, allowing us to connect with a God of love and tap into the healing power of spirituality. We focus on honesty in prayer and creating a supportive environment for growth and healing.
