Amber has a great work ethics in her department as she has been a very dedicated employee. Amber shows compassion to our residents and their families; she works greatly with the staff in all departments. Amber comes to work always with a positive attitude and is ready to start her day and she is a very pleasant person to work with daily.

50 Years of Community Care
For five decades, Chosen Valley Care Center, Inc. has been at the heart of Chatfield—where care, comfort, and connection come together. Our story began with a city-led vision in the 1970s and a community open house in 1976 that welcomed 2,000 neighbors. Today, we’re still here providing licensed, Medicaid and Medicare–certified skilled nursing care to local seniors. Thank you for being part of our journey!

Members of the Chosen Valley Care Center, Inc., a Non-Profit Corporation are adults who have lived in the Chatfield, MN, school district for at least one year, reflecting the Center’s deep roots in the local community. In short, the CVCC is a community owned asset.

Independent Apartment Christmas party! Playing a story game with gifts passed to left and right as read in the stories. A lot of chuckles as the packages landed “just right!”. Cheese cake and punch was enjoyed by all as stories were shared of: most memorable gift, favorite Christmas cookie, Christmas Carol and remembering apple and orange gifts! The room was filled with chatter and good cheer! Merry Christmas to all!

Christmas party afternoon at the Assisted Living. Bingo for order calendar and quilt selection with Christmas Socking full of fun and goodies to make everyone merry and bright!

Holiday joy was in full swing at Chosen Valley Care Center! 🎄❤️ Residents enjoyed a festive Christmas celebration filled with cheerful decorations, uplifting holiday music, thoughtful gifts, sweet treats, and plenty of smiles throughout the day. The laughter and holiday spirit made it a truly special occasion for everyone involved.
