A group of Monomoy High School students built a family of snowmen facing our windows to bring joy and smiles to our residents. With the current cold forecast, it looks like this snowy family will be keeping us company for quite a while! ⛄

🎉 Celebrating 107 Years!

We are honored to celebrate Dina’s 107th birthday!! Dina has been a resident at Liberty Commons for just over two years and has been supported throughout much of that time by our compassionate hospice services. Our team has been providing ongoing comfort, care and support. Dina continues to do well and remains surrounded by a dedicated team who cherish her presence.
