On this day, 25 years ago, a young doctor opened a new healthcare clinic in small town Alabama. Dr. Steve Donald, alongside his wife, Karen, and six employees opened the doors of Chatom Primary Care.

Over the course of 25 years, Chatom Primary Care has grown from a staff of eight to a staff of 23. We serve patients from Washington, Clarke, Choctaw and Mobile counties and even have patients that visit us from out-of-state. With three physicians and four nurse practitioners, we’re able to offer specialized care in pediatrics, geriatrics and the ages in between. We truly are families taking care of families.

Today, we celebrate Dr. Steve Donald, Mrs. Karen and Robyn Reynolds and the 25 years they’ve dedicated to our clinic and to our patients. We also celebrate the 25 years of extraordinary health care that we’ve been able to provide to the residents of Washington and surrounding counties.
