A new article recently came out in JAMA about the first-ever Wegovy pill for weight loss — no more just injections, now there’s an FDA-approved pill!

What you should know:
• The pill contains the same active GLP‑1 (semaglutide) as the injections, just in a form you can swallow.
• Clinical data show a strong weight-loss effect, comparable to injections.
• Important details: strict empty-stomach dosing + wait 30 minutes before eating, otherwise absorption drops.

Our Day Spa offers unique and customized cosmetic and therapeutic treatments with a strong focus on your overall well being. By focusing on the whole person, from the inside out we aim to produce results that can be seen and felt on your skin, through your muscles and in your soul.

On a more personal note, a little bit about us... if we've never met before, I'm Carolyn. Wife, mom, Registered Nurse and CEO of Naya Spa. I've been married to my husband (the founder & CFO of Naya Day Spa) since 2012. We have two amazing children, ages 4 & 6, but beyond raising our babies, and enjoying this crazy life, we are passionate about improving the lives of others through wellness and beauty. I became a RN to help people and after meeting my husband quickly realized he loved helping people too! We put our minds, and entrepreneurial spirit together, to create an "Oasis in the Valley" (a description stolen from numerous online reviews of our little gem) to bring health and beauty to people in a luxurious and personal environment.
