Start your new year with a Thai bodywork session with Crystal!
Thai bodywork is a holistic healing modality that blends assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, and acupressure to promote balance and well-being. Performed fully clothed on a cushioned mat, the practice uses gentle rocking, deep pressure along energy lines (sen), and yoga-like movements to improve mobility, release tension, and support the body’s natural energy flow. Rooted in ancient Thai medicine and influenced by Ayurvedic and Buddhist traditions, Thai bodywork offers a deeply grounding experience that enhances relaxation, flexibility, and overall vitality.

Chair Yoga at Chatsworth-Murray County Library starts back this week! Join us Wednesdays at 10:30am for this FREE class!
I am so delighted to share chair yoga with the community once again. Chair yoga is such an accessible, yet effective, way to move and stretch your body. It helps to build strength, increase flexibility, enhance mobility, and improve balance..... all without having to get up and down on the floor!
