Today, Sheriff Morris Young and the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office salute Christopher L. Moultry for Black History Month.
Mr. Moultry is a respected leader, businessman, public servant, and dedicated community advocate whose life reflects a true commitment to service. As the owner of Crawford and Moultry Funeral Home and Moultry Bail Bonds, Mr. Moultry has established himself as a trusted professional who compassionately serves families and individuals during some of life’s most critical moments.
In addition to his business leadership, Mr. Moultry faithfully serves the citizens of his hometown
as a City Commissioner for the City of Chattahoochee, working diligently to promote growth, progress, and opportunity within the community he proudly calls home.
A man of faith and integrity, he serves as a devoted Deacon at Greater Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, where his servant leadership continues to impact lives both spiritually and personally. His commitment to ministry extends beyond the church walls, as he consistently gives back through mentorship, school involvement, and community outreach initiatives.
Mr. Moultry is also an accomplished author, using his voice and experiences to inspire, educate,
and uplift others. Known for his generous spirit and servant’s heart, he is always willing to lend
support wherever there is a need—whether assisting local schools, supporting community programs, or encouraging individuals striving for success.
Above all, Christopher L. Moultry takes great pride in his most important role that of a father to his two sons, instilling in them the same values of faith, leadership, responsibility, and service
that he exemplifies daily.
Through business, public service, ministry, and family, Chris continues to make a lasting and meaningful impact, embodying what it truly means to serve with purpose and lead with heart.
Thank You for all you do!
