Lifestyle medicine utilizes evidence-based interventions to prevent, aid, and often reverse health conditions by adopting a healthy regimen. Our practice includes primary care, internal medicine, orthopaedics, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, physical therapy and physical medicine, and non-operative spine therapy. Dr. Bruce’s calling to medicine began early, inspired by a very personal reason: his grandfather, a retired surgeon confined to a nursing home. At just eight years old, Dr. Bruce knew he wanted to help people heal. His commitment was further strengthened while watching his father relentlessly battle dialysis for thirteen years. Seeing his father’s incredible human spirit and the dedication of the physicians who cared for him solidified Dr. Bruce’s desire to become a doctor.
