The Back Pain-Relief Routine:
1️⃣ Active Hamstring Stretch: Tight hamstrings are a common culprit for lower back pull. This gentle move helps release that tension.
2️⃣ Single Knee-to-Chest: A classic move to decompress the spine and stretch the muscles of the lower back and hips.
3️⃣ Lower Trunk Rotations: By gently letting your knees fall from side to side, you help rotate the lower spine and stretch the muscles that often get stiff from sitting.
