We performed a High-Def RAMA Mommy Makeover. RAMA is a specialized technique where we combine Renuvion skin tightening with a mini tummy tuck, making it a great option for the right candidates with minimal loose skin in the upper abdomen. It allows us to tighten the skin while sculpting the waist for a beautifully contoured result!

Revised and Lifted! Transformation 🙌

For this patient, we performed a breast augmentation and lift, creating beautiful cleavage and fullness!

Bilateral Capsular Contracture Can Be Fixed! 🙌

This patient came to us after having surgery elsewhere and was experiencing bilateral capsular contracture. In her before photos, you can clearly see the contracture in one breast, but during surgery we discovered that both breasts were affected.

We performed a revision surgery, removing the problematic capsule and replacing her implants. We also slightly increased the implant size to improve her shape and symmetry and the difference is incredible already! 😍

If she chooses, once a new healthy capsule forms, we can return for a second stage and create an internal bra to provide additional support and keep her cleavage high and perky 💫

Why Are There Liposuction Limit Laws? 👀�
Many states have different laws regarding how much fat can be removed during liposuction—and here’s why 👇
First and most importantly: safety 🛑

When we perform liposuction, you’re not just removing fat. There is some blood loss, and we use tumescent saline solution, which introduces fluid into the body. These fluid shifts can affect circulation and overall physiology. This is why limits exist—to protect your body and keep you safe while still achieving amazing results 🔥

There’s also history behind these laws. Unfortunately, there have been instances where surgeons removed too much fat without properly considering the patient’s size, weight, and overall health. Not every body can tolerate the same amount of fat removal.

For example:�• A larger patient may safely tolerate 4–6 liters �• A petite 100-pound patient removing that same amount could face serious risks
Liposuction is not one-size-fits-all. It must be tailored to the individual

I believe the surgeon should act as the conductor—carefully evaluating anatomy, health, and goals to determine what’s safe. However, these laws are in place to protect patients and prevent overly aggressive or unethical practices. 🙏
