I'm going to be honest with y'all. Self care has not been one of my top priorities in a very long time. But this year I said enough is enough. Whether it's setting and enforcing boundaries, moisturizing your skin with that butter that makes you feel super soft and sexy or Going to Chik Fil A without your kids and eating it in the car (yeah I seen you, go girl!)

Today, for me it looked like waking up early to stretch, set my intentions for the day, meditate a little & diffuse.
