Ascension Living Alexian PACE Ascension Living Alexian PACE provides comprehensive community-based health care for older adults

"Ascension Living Alexian PACE is a community-based program whose purpose is to serve residents of Hamilton County age 55 and up with a healthcare model including senior home care, adult daycare and specialized geriatric medical care. PACE is a coordinated health and social services program that enables participants to remain in their own homes and communities. It is a unique system of managed care which includes services in the home, at the PACE center, and if necessary, in the hospital or other medical facility. PACE serves the frailest older adults with top quality healthcare and helps people age with dignity at home. "

Our facilities are currently taking precautions to help keep participants and visitors safe, which may include conducting screenings, masking in areas of high community transmission and practicing distancing for compassionate, safe care. We continuously monitor COVID-19 guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and adjust our safety practices and safeguards accordingly.

Morning transportation will not be available on Tuesday 10/21 due to mandatory driver training. The day center will still be open during normal hours. Please let us know if you plan to transport your loved one to the day center. Transportation will run afternoon routes as normally scheduled for those attending. If you have any questions, please contact your social worker. A reminder will be sent out via RapidCast.

The National PACE Association is hosting their annual conference this week in New York City, and a group from the conference -- including our Executive Director, Beth Herring -- got up bright and early to attend The Today Show! ☀️

They proudly represented PACE with their signs and even got to meet Jenna Bush Hager! 💙
