Some of our participants at Alexian PACE are currently testing out Care Coach tablets as part of a new pilot program! 💙

This easy-to-use, voice-activated technology helps participants stay connected, engaged, and supported right from home — no buttons, no passwords, just conversation. With friendly, real people available 24/7, Care Coach can offer reminders, check-ins, and even access to activities like exercise programs, worship services, and live entertainment.

✨ Most importantly: this technology does not replace any PACE services. It is simply an added layer of support, working alongside families and our interdisciplinary team to help participants feel confident, connected, and independent at home.

✔ Coordinate daily clinical staffing to ensure we have coverage for all shifts
✔ Build and manage schedules, anticipate staffing needs, and help keep everything running smoothly
✔ Track attendance and maintain staffing records
✔ Communicate staffing needs and trends with leadership

📌 Qualifications:
🔹 Active CNA license required
🔹 Office experience preferred
🔹 Scheduling experience a plus
🔹 Valid driver’s license required

💰 Pay Range: $18.20 – $24.62 per hour
