Announcement: DBT Skills Training Class on Distress Tolerance starts next week at WMC and has space available! Come one, come all!

Distress Tolerance focuses on how to tolerate pain in difficult situations, without changing it, and how to live the life you don’t want to live in order to live the life you do.

(If that doesn't sound intriguing, frankly, we don't know what does!).

Classes are on Tuesday evenings, from 5:30 - 7:00 pm, October 24th through January 9th, 2024. This particular class module will be open for new participants to join up until November 14th.

Please call us and/or check out wisemindcollective.com for more information. Thanks!

“It’s a funny thing about life, once you begin to take note of the things you are grateful for, you begin to lose sight of the things that you lack.” — Germany Kent

“We think we have to do something to be grateful or something has to be done in order for us to be grateful, when gratitude is a state of being.” — Iyanla Vanzant

Life can be full of incredible meaning and depth.
And - it doesn't always feel that way.

Sometimes we have to survive ourselves in order to get to a place where we can finally breathe and experience life as it is meant to be experienced.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness month. Please help us spread the word! Life is worth more than surviving, absolutely. And, we need to be alive in order to live.

Su***de affects all ages and groups. In addition to the number of people who are injured or die, su***de also affects the health of others and the community. Here are some fast facts about su***de. ***dePreventionMonth https://counseling.org/SPM
