You may have learned that to be vulnerable is weak. However, thanks to Brené Brown and her research, there is not evidence to support this.

Vulnerability is to expose ourselves, which takes immense courage. If we share ourselves with in a safe environment with the right people it can be a sign of strength.

To have connection and intimacy we must take the risk of vulerability, otherwise we remain closed off and distant.
