We provide caregiver and nursing services to people with intellectual & developmental disabilities which include down syndrome, autism, and many other developmental delay diagnoses. Burks Supportive Living is license by DIDD Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to provide services to individuals through the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waivers within the East TN region. Community Participation Supports (Community Based Day)
3. Intermittent Employment & Community Integration Wrap-Around
4. Non-Residential Home bound Support Services
5. (Employment Support with Job Coaching)
