Beginner fasters should never jump in and try a 30-60-90 day forceful fast!! You should start slow and do something that you can accomplish so that your morale rises and you don’t get discouraged by detox symptoms!!

It’s not that you don’t have discipline, you just haven’t been taught by your fasting leader how to properly deal with the healing crisis which is where 98% of ppl quit!!

I didn’t get on this lifestyle for me at 1st!! I did it for my granny!! But my granny told me- baby if you want ppl to listen to you and believe you then you have to talk the talk and walk the walk !! From that day fwd I knew exactly what i needed to do!! And we’re here today!!

It’s so disappointing to hear my peers, men and women boast about how they don’t do healthy stuff because it send them to the bathroom..

Wouldn’t it be more of a concern if you were constipated and could not use the bathroom at all??

When ppl say things like this, they are admitting some sort of sickness that is typically covered up by glasses, clothes, alcohol, makeup!! Because you have to try and hide what you see in the mirror every day!!

If you never did a fast before!! Joining a 30 day fast or a group of 60-90-120 day fasts is not going to benefit you, 1 because more than likely you’re not going 30 days because it’s new to you! More ppl waste money on fast groups because of the popularity that the host has, no real thought that they can complete the fast because no one explained to them the healing crisis that comes with fasting!! You have to go on the journey yourself and learn!!
