Here is her criteria:

It needs to have:
- At least 15g of protein
- A simple ingredient list
- A good carb to fiber ratio. (Divide the total carbs by the dietary fiber. Look for a 5:1 ratio. 5g of carbs for every 1g of fiber)

Snacks don't have to be unhealthy.
