Rooted in Reiki and guided by deep intuitive presence, this trauma-informed session offers gentle support for your nervous system, subtle body, and emotional landscape. Each experience is attuned to your unique needs in the moment and can be done hands-on or hands-off, depending on your comfort. It’s a space to receive, reconnect, and realign with your wholeness and true being.

In this deep 1:1 space, we’ll attune to what’s moving beneath the surface—tracing the threads of the patterns that keep repeating in love, money, identity, or wherever you feel most stuck. Together, we’ll uncover what’s driving them, bring what’s been unconscious into awareness, and invite new ways of being that are aligned with your deeper truth.
