Our Story

Dr Gary Gesualdi is the founder, owner and medical director of Affordable Fillers of Chattanooga. Dr Gary started the business in 2008 and originally named it Affordable Botox. In 2013 Dr. Gary Gesualdi was officially awarded Chattanooga's first “Diamond Level” provider of Juvederm and Botox, which ranked us in the Top 2% Nationally. In 2014 we changed our name to Affordable Fillers in order to highlight the fact that we are Chattanooga’s Premier Providers of Dermal Fillers, as well as Botox, Dysport and Xeomin. Robin Kennedy is the office manager and has been with Dr Gary since moving his office to Gunbarrel Rd in 2010. Robin's presence, knowledge and unmatched customer service has tremendously increased business and customer loyalty. Over 80% of our visits are returning happy customers and many return because of Robin’s warm personality and honesty. Robin is considered by many of our patients as the most knowledgeable and helpful front-office person in the greater Chattanooga area. We do not charge more for Robin’s playful banter or her SEC (Go Vols!) and Weather predictions. Master Nurse injector Jill Monterde RN, trained extensively with Dr Gary after finishing her cosmetic training and certification before joining us 2014. Jill has her own unique style and with extra outside training and workshops she has aquired advanced skills which include; Layering Technique for deep/severe creases; Non-Bruising technique with cannulas and advanced techniques for lip augmentation. Nurse Jill has a woman's touch and artistic eye. She is obscessed with getting Tasteful and Natural-Looking results every time!
