As you enjoy trick-or-treating with your loved ones, don't forget to keep safety first to ensure fun for the whole family.

🤡 Ditch the masks and try face paint instead, allowing for clear vision.
🎇 Incorporate glow-in-the-dark, reflective or bright-colored items into your costume for maximum visibility.
🍭 Check all candy for potential choking hazards, contaminants or allergens.
🌧️ Wear layers and appropriate shoes to accommodate for chilly or rainy weather.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to encourage early detection, regular screenings, and open conversations.

At AFC, we can perform a breast exam as part of a check-up or when you have a specific concern. If anything abnormal is found, we’ll provide a referral right away for further evaluation and testing, such as imaging.

The benefit? You can typically be seen within a day, because time matters and early detection can save lives.
