Did you know you can bake biscuits in an Instant Pot??!
I use this recipe (but with canned coconut milk), added 1/2 water to the bottom of my Instant Pot and placed the trivet inside. I placed the biscuits in my IP baking pan (Fat Daddio is what I have), put foil on top, and set the pan on top of the trivet. Close and lock the lid, then set it in manual (I have the 6n1 s it is only high pressure), and timer for 21 minutes. Because there is so little water, it comes to pressure fast! I let it wait a few minutes NPR before QR. They will be hot! The biscuits aren't tall and flakey, but they are moist and baked! For camping, these will be awesome!

I may try rolling them in cinnamon and sugar before baking for an easy dessert. Or rolling the dough out like cinnamon roll dough, sprinkling cinnamon, brown sugar, and raisins, rolling it, and then cutting off pieces just like with cinnamon rolls. Then pressure cook like the others.

Don't put in less water than 1/2 cup.
