In response to your private message that you sent on FB messenger that I will post below. You chair, which is a Viva by Pride mobility, model # 4955 does have the footrest extension. If you refer to your owners manual, under the safety guidelines, it states “ any changes in our product may cause slight variations between the illustrations and explanations in the manual and the product you have purchased. The owners manual is compiled from the the latest specifications and product information available at the time of publication.” Which you know all of this due to both Pride Mobility and ourselves going over this information with you and your daughter, which she understood. We appreciate all business and hate that you feel mislead with your purchase. I hope that the rest of your chair is up to your satisfaction. Again, your daughter purchased the chair and once you complained we did offer to pick up and refund her money and she declined.
