Lesson 5: We’ve learned that no one ever truly “arrives.”
Healing and growth are lifelong journeys… and we’re all still learning along the way.
Five things we’ve learned in 10 years of REV.
When we first opened our doors a decade ago, we had a vision and a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal.
But one of the most important lessons these past 10 years has taught us is this: The journey of growth and healing never truly ends.
The more we learn about the body, the nervous system, and the human experience… the more we realize there is always more to discover.
And the same is true for every person walking their own path.
Healing isn’t a destination where someone finally “arrives.”
It’s an ongoing process of becoming more aware… learning new patterns… letting go of old ones… and continuing to grow into the next version of ourselves.
Over the years we’ve watched people in our community transform in incredible ways.
But what’s been even more inspiring is watching them continue to evolve long after those first changes begin.
Because the goal was never perfection.
The goal has always been growth.
Ten years in, we still feel like students of this work… still learning, still growing, and still inspired by the resilience and potential we see in people every day.
One of the greatest lessons we’ve learned over this past decade is this: The path of healing is really the path of becoming…continually learning, evolving, and stepping into the best version of ourselves.
And we feel incredibly grateful to walk that journey alongside this amazing community.
REV exists because of you.
Thank you for being part of these first 10 years.
And we’re excited for everything still ahead.
