Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lash artist looking to refine your craft, our lash mentorship program is designed to cater to your unique needs, and it’s all about empowering you to become a master of classic and volume techniques. Beginners will receive detailed instruction, while experienced lash artists can dive into advanced techniques. You’re in control of your learning journey, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
I understand the importance of a strong foundation in eyelash extension techniques. That’s why the mentorship program is structured to build upon your existing or non existing skills. Each lesson is carefully crafted to follow the previous one, creating a seamless progression that allows you to grow steadily and confidently. You won’t just learn; you’ll master. Let me Reintroduce myself. My name is Andrea McKinney. I’m a Master Lash Artist, Lash Trainer, Shop Owner and working Lash Technician. I wasn’t always in the beauty industry; in fact my previous career couldn’t of been any more different than what i do. I did child care for several years before making the decision to leave and follow my true passion for creativity and beauty. I entered into the beauty industry providing a range of beauty treatments to women and over time, realized that i have a passion for eyelash extensions. I love the idea of enhancing your natural beauty with results that are subtle, yet stunning. I believe in minimalism and that less is more. I analyze your face structure and completely customize a design that is unique to you. I have a passion for my industry and an eye for detail, which makes me obsessive about perfection in my work.
